If you are unable to keep your appointment, Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment by texting 719-963-3685. This allows for someone else in need of a massage to schedule an appointment in that time. 

Cancelling under 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of appointment price to the credit card on file. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will be charged the full session fee, unless due to illness or emergency.

Missed appointments with no notice given will be charged the full amount. To help with this, reminder emails and texts go out 3 days before and 2 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Appointment Start Times: I strive to begin every session on time. If I’m running behind, you will still receive the full duration of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will end at the scheduled end time and will be charged for the full session.

When rescheduling becomes a pattern: Life happens! If cancellations or reschedules become frequent—even with notice—it may mean my scheduling style isn’t the best fit, and that’s okay. To respect everyone’s time, I may pause or limit future bookings when chronic changes occur.
