This courtesy notice gives me the best chance to offer your time to someone on the waitlist.

24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee to the card on file.
Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will also be charged the full fee, unless due to illness or a genuine emergency.
Please do not arrive sick.

No-Shows

Missing an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.
You’ll receive reminder emails and texts 3 days and 2 hours before your appointment.

Appointment Start Times

I do my best to begin every session on time.
If I’m ever running behind, you’ll always receive your full session length.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
