My Approach to Bodywork
A quiet conversation with the body. A deep respect for its wisdom. A clear path toward healing.
With nearly two decades of experience in movement and therapeutic bodywork, I offer sessions that blend anatomical precision with intuitive care. Whether you're recovering from surgery, navigating chronic swelling, or seeking to soften the layers of stress your body holds, the work we do together is rooted in intention, not force.
My own healing journey—spanning from herniated discs to chronic headaches and postnatal pain—taught me that relief is not found in pushing harder, but in listening deeply. The body doesn’t need to be fixed. It needs to be heard.
What Sets This Work Apart
🌿 Clinical Skill, Delivered with Care
As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) and barefoot massage(Ashiatsu) specialist, I bring together structure and softness, science and stillness, to support healing that lasts.
🌀 Healing That Honors the Nervous System
Whether through the gentle rhythm of MLD or the grounded pressure of barefoot massage, I work with your body—not against it—so it can release, recover, and rebalance on its own terms.
🧭 Attuned to Patterns, Guided by Curiosity
Pain and restriction often follow invisible maps. My work traces those pathways with patience, skill, and respect, helping your body find its way back to ease.
💫 A Space for Connection and Restoration
This is more than bodywork. It’s an invitation to reconnect—with your body’s resilience, its quiet signals, and the healing that unfolds when we stop trying to control it.
My Life Approach to Movement
Movement for Doing Life Well

About Me
Originally from St. Louis, I moved to Colorado in 2003 and earned my B.A. in Fine Arts from UCCS. My personal journey through chronic back pain and tension headaches led me to the healing power of massage therapy, Pilates, and yoga—and ultimately to a career in bodywork.
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, with advanced training in neuromuscular therapy, Cransiosacral Therapy, barefoot massage (Ashiatsu), and most recently, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder-style), earning my CMLDT certification in 2025. My approach blends deep anatomical understanding with gentle, intentional touch—supporting both post-surgical healing and long-term structural resilience.
In addition to my bodywork training, I’ve completed over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training since 2007 and am certified to teach Pilates Reformer through Polestar Pilates, a rehab-focused system developed by a physical therapist. My background in movement and somatics deeply informs the way I work with clients on the table.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic swelling, or seeking relief from deep muscular tension, I offer bodywork that is precise, grounded, and tailored to meet your needs.
Outside the studio, I enjoy trail running, cycling, and exploring Colorado with my husband, Kevin, wrangling our rescue Mini Aussie and two cats, and caring for a medium jungle of houseplants.
