A. 5180 N. Union Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80918. By appointment only. Please have a seat in the upstairs lobby and I will collect you 3-5 minutes before your appointment start time.

q. what forms of payment do you accept?

A: Forms of payment accepted: Cash, check, credit card. Please make checks payable to Laura Gehant. I do not keep change on hand.

Q. Do you accept gratuity?

A: New in 2025: Your gratuity is already covered! I charge a flat rate for bodywork services to reflect the therapeutic and healthcare-focused nature of my work. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Q. What do you charge?

A: A Very simple flat rate pricing as follows:

• 60 minutes- $100

• 75 minutes- $125

• 90 minutes- $150

• 120 minutes- $200

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Life happens — and plans change. To respect everyone’s time, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advanceby texting 719-963-3685. This courtesy notice gives me the best chance to offer the time to someone on my waitlist.

24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

The required notice for cancellation is 24 hours.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

I understand that illness or a genuine emergency can happen. If something truly unexpected comes up, text me and we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis. Please do not arrive at my office sick.

To help with this, you’ll receive two reminders: 3 days and 2 hours before your appointment.

Q. What If I’m running late to my appointment?

I do my best to start every session on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply. If I’m ever running behind, you’ll always receive your full session length.
